Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

We offer returns and exchanges on products that are received defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We do not return or exchange for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items with obvious signs of use, not in its original condition, damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error and is returned more than 14 days after delivery might only be eligible for a partial refund

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We only offer replacements on products that are received defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We do not refund or exchange for change of mind.

Shipping

To return a damaged or defective product, or if you received the wrong item you should email hello@juleselizabethauthor.com.au for further instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
